APLN DC Chapter Corporate Sponsorship Policy

Corporate Sponsorship of monthly APLN-DC Chapter meetings

Benefits to Sponsors:

1. Company logo will be on APLN-DC website leading up to and following the sponsored event
2. Company logo will be on all e-mail invites and promotions of that chapter meeting
3. Slide acknowledging sponsoring company will be included in the event presentation; corporate collateral can be displayed during the event
4. Company will be given an opportunity to have a representative speak briefly between opening announcements and keynote speech and will be limited to 5 minutes in duration
5. Company employees can attend sponsored chapter meeting free of charge, limited to up to 5 members
6. Venue will display company logo on signs directing attendees to the meeting space

Sponsorship Rates for Monthly Chapter Meetings:

1. $500 per meeting
2. $1200 to sponsor three meetings in one calendar year
